As one of the successful student Specialist in Optometry field. He obtained “Bachelor of Optometry” from “George College of Science & Management” under “West Bengal University of Technology”(Kolkata) including one year Internship form “Anandalok Hospital” (Salt Lake-Kolkata) on 2006. Thereafter he has done his “Master of Optometry & Ophthalmic Technology” from “NIMS University” (Jaipur) Rajasthan with Distinction Marks in “Systemic Diseases & Eye” on 2014. He has also done Contact Lens Education Programme form L.V.Prasad Eye Institute (Hyderabad). Since 2007 to 2011 he has a vast experience of working in optometry field from “Choithram Netralaya” (Indore) A Superspecility Eye Hospital and where he has take a great chance to work with an International organisation under ORBIS project. During this period he has also working with Peadritric, Retina, Cornea & Glaucoma Department. He has acquired sufficient clinical experience in Low Vision Aids Therapy, Contact Lens Therapy, Squint & Orthoptics Examination, Vision Therapy also. He perform as an Optometrist with renowned Ophthalmologist Dr. Prateep Vyas (Glacoma Specilist), & Dr Sharadini Vyas (Cornea Specialist), at Choithram Netralaya (Indore) and now he is performing as Senior Optometrist with Internationally renowned, awarded from President of India (Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam) & Groundbreaking Inventor Dr. Suven Bhattacharjee at Nayan Eye Centre (Kolkata). He is also operating various kind of machine like Optical Coherence Tomography, Specular Microscopy, Biometry, Humphrey Matrix Perimetry, Pachymetry, Abberometry, Topography, Hess Screen, IOL Master, Synaptophore etc. Now Mr. A. Banerjee is available for Consultation at “OPTICULUS” located as Rainbow Apartment, 358,P.K.Guha Road, P.S:Dum Dum, Kolkata-700 028. Since 2007 he is practicing as a Consultant Optometrist.
